Showing posts with label air max 1. Show all posts

It's been a long while since we've seen an Air Max 1 release that has really grabbed us by the face and gave us a bit wet kiss. But today, we finally have that, with this Caviar edition.
As always, Nike continue to produce some of the best shoes of the year, and no doubt always will. However, they have definitely dropped off this year, with some brands taking the glory of 2014. Nonetheless, we've got some great kicks in this category.

The Nike Escape Collections are famed for their quality and style. Here they've applied it to some of their greatest silhouettes, especially the Air Max 1, 90 and 95.

I wondered how long it would take for the Air Max 1 to get the jacquard treatment, and now I've got my answer, not long at all. I really honestly didn't think I'd like it, but I do, I actually do.

Starting this week, we're going to be running a weekly competition showcasing one of our lucky viewers' outfit grids. Get onto Instagram and start using #MNWeeklyGrid to tag the best of your outfit grids.

To start the competition off, we've done a little grid ourselves. Just to show you exactly what we want. Have a gander at our grid below!

From top to bottom (of your body) we've got the Stussy Stock Hawaii Snapback (£30), Norse Projects James Athletics Logo T-Shirt (£50), K-Way Claude Classic Jacket (£55), Carhartt Klondike Pant 2 Jeans (£70) and all topped off with the sick Nike Air Max 1 QS 'Night Track (£78 - Sale). All of these items are available at Triads online and in-store.

Don't forget to tag all of your grids with #MNWeeklyGrid for the chance to have your grid showcase on all of our social media, and right here online!

Right, before we start, these are a GS release, I know that's not strictly MEN'S Needs, but us helpful folks at Men's Needs have decided you might need a few ideas for the up-coming Valentines Day. (Really they're just nice and we thought you might like a look).

Following on from our nominations for Best Overall Kick of 2013 yesterday, we now move onto another hot category. The best Nike in-house release, you won't see any collaborations here, all direct from Nike.

People might not know its Transport for London's 150th anniversary on December 14th (I definitely didn't), but it is. To mark the date this beautiful Air Max collection featuring both the Air Max 1 and Air Max 90 has been produced.

Coming off the back of the carbon fibre/speckled Air Force 1 we saw not long ago, we now have the Air Max 1 in the same colour-way. This being dubbed part of the 'The Monotones' pack, which is set to include the Air Max 1, Air Force 1, Air Trainer 1 and, presumably, many more.

Right, first things first, this is a GS release, so you guys over with feet bigger than UK7 are out of luck. But I figured this colour-way was just too good to not bring to light.

By now I think everyone's seen at least 1 image of the Nike Air Max Country Camo Pack but the Germany Air Maxim 1 and Air Max 180 are officially set to be released Saturday (17th August), so we thought we'd give you one last look at the 2 silhouettes, along with a small talk through.

The above image courtosy of size? has been floating around for about a week now, but I didn't want to write anything up, without the images to back it up. But size? have now presented further art-work featuring the kicks themselves.

Off the back of 6ACRE Kicks we (Men's Restorations) came away with a few restoration jobs, so we thought we share the results with you today. First up we've got the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 PRM TZ Black that were originally crying out to be restored.

We generally don't love to post standard Air Max 1 releases, but this colour-way is different. It's outstanding, and something you'd more likely see in a collaboration release.

The all suede upper on an Air Max 1 is a thing of beauty, and this Purple iteration really takes that all suede upper and somehow makes it even better.

The Nike FB pack made sneaker-heads go wild for the Roshe Run FB with the Black/Mint/Pink (some people like to say "Yeezy", not me) colour-way. And now they've done the same with the Air Max 1, cue sneaker-heads everywhere getting their wallets/purses out.

In advance of the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympics, Nike are going down a brazilian route. And today we have details on the Air Max 1 Engineered Mesh influenced by brazil, it's called 'Beaches of Rio'.

The continuing releases of City Packs continues, this time its the turn of the Air Max Home Turf pack, and in that pack there is this Air Max 1 Hyperfuse.
Today is the day where we can finally see the Air Max OG pack right along side the Nike newcomer, 'Engineered Mesh'. How do they compare? Which is better?

Firstly, sorry for the shitty watermark. But Nike have dropped the latest Max 1 Engineered Mesh, and it's the form of the 'London' model.
