Kicks: Clarks Desert Boot 'Vinyl' - Record Store Day 2013

This year sees Clarks as one of the official sponsors of Record Store Day, and to celebrate that, they're releasing a limited edition 'Vinyl' version of their classic Desert Boot.

There is an obvious link between the desert boot and Record Store Day, the boot has been a main stay in the music world evolving between genre's and lasting the years, and today it is still as strong as it was back in the 50's.

This year they have took the classic design and replaced the usual suede or leather with this oiled leather look, which resembles a record. And added a stitched pattern to the heel, which is in the shape of the grooves from a Vinyl.
