Gizmon has finally released the iCA case for the iPhone 5, and not only have they just adapted it to fit, but also added some features you might just want to hear about.
Gizmon themselves said:

Not only does this case make your phone look just like an old 35mm camera, but essentially transforms it into a working viewfinder style camera, and even comes equiped with a fully functioning shutter button.
The camera case will come in 2 different colours; the Black and Silver shown above and an all black model. Of course extra add-on lenses will also be available for purchase, such as Polarising, Fisheye (hipster favourite), Center Focus, Cross Screen and the 3 image mirage filter. This case will convert your iPhone pictures from standard Instagram quality photos into amazing 35mm-esque stylised masterpieces.
