Kicks: Asics Gel Lyte III - Black/Tan/Brown

This colour-way of the Asics Gel Lyte III has been on my mind for a long time now. I first featured it way back in January, and then again back in April. So I'm very glad to be finally seeing the release coming.

The colour-way is absolutely stunning. Asics started with a Black base layer and added accents of different shaded Browns; Tan featuring on the mid-foot branding and eyelets, then a darker Brown featuring the heel guard and lining. All of this is topped off with the middle section of the mid-sole being lightly speckled with Black. Asics, Black, Brown and a Speckled Sole is something I've been longing to hear in the same sentence, and now we have.
