Firstly, these are absolute BANGERS. Tannery have teamed up with New Balance to create a kick celebrating their 40-year anniverary, and they've decided to take the ever popular 998 (used on the recent C-Note and Tassie Devil) and put their own stamp on it.
The upper is doused in a Mint Green which compliments the shape of the kick beautifully, it's very rare that you see a New Balance release that really shocks you. But this really does shock me, in a good way though! The tonal upper is set against a crisp White mid-sole and finished off with Salmon accents to the tongue and fore-foot area of the mid-sole. Overall, it's a fantastic mix of colours on one of the all-time great silhouettes.
Personally, these are one of my favourite New Balance collaborations, if not my #1. Very early on these, so there's no information out there just yet, but be sure to keep checking back. So excited about this one.
