Kicks: West NYC x Saucony Shadow 5000 - Tequila Sunrise

West NYC are huge hitters in the world of collaborations, which iconic editions such as the New Balance MT580 Alpine Guide Edition. But now they've turned their attention to the Saucony brand, and their iconic Shadow 5000 silhouette. 

The silhouette isn't often seen featuring bright colours, with Saucony generally sticking to their Grey, Black, Burgundy colour-ways. But West NYC have mixed this up, bringing not just 1 bright colour but 3 with these being Orange, Turquoise and Pink. The base layers are then coloured in Black and Grey. 

The kick also features a number of sweet little details which West NYC have perfected over the years. The main one being the in-sole, which resembles the body of a worm, (which is traditionally found in the bottle of tequila) enkeeping with the Tequila Sunrise theme. The West NYC logo is seen on the heel of the shoe just above the Saucony branding, this might not sound amazing but it's just one of those touches that make good collab's great.
