Release Info: Extra Butter x Saucony - Space Race Pack

Extra Butter have never been shy about linking their collaborations with the cinema. And here we've got one of the most obvious yet (besides Death List 5, which could of basically of been named Kill Bill). Here they're taking on the space race.

The Saucony Grid 9000 has been taken to many extremes from the best collaborators such as Bodega, UBIQ and Sneaker Freaker. But here we have Extra Butter taking their stand. The colour-way isn't as out-there as many G9000 releases, but it's definitely one of the best. Featuring a bright orange throughout the upper, with the only let up being the flash white accents. Although it's a rather plain upper, the really interesting pieces come to the starred laces and the Extra Butter 'NASA' style branding. 

As for the Shadow Master, this has taken on some-what of a more earthly colour-way, taking inspiration from the Neapolitan style of ice-cream that features Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate strips. With the Strawberry section wrapping the majority of the upper, Vanilla comes to the heel wrap, laces and mid-foot branding area. Finally we get the hit of Chocolate to the smaller accents of the shoe, with most of the heel being covered in that caulky Chocolately good-ness. This is all topped off with shared branding to the tongue featuring the Extra Butter floating man.

There still hasn't been a 100% confirmed release date for the Shadow Master, so keep tuned for that in the coming weeks. But we do have the release date for the ACES, this will be released at Extra Butter’s Lower East Side location on April 24th, and then they will get an online release date 4 days later on the 28th.
