Release Info: Social Status x New Balance 1600 - Winter in the Hamptons

New Balance have had some-what of a subdued year, but it seems like the end of 2014 is bringing that New Balance pizzazz back, starting with Shoe Gallery then Ronnie Fieg and now Social Status.

They've taken the 1600 silhouette and decided to make it their own, using both suede and denim to create a very unusual mix of textures as well as colours. Personally, I'm not sure it works, but each to their own. Also very confused as to where the inspiration comes from, but I'm also sure we'll find out.

The release date for these is December 13, so if you're wanting to get your hands on them, you'll have to try your luck on the day.
