Welcome to our first post of 2015, back again, on the topic of Trainers. And we draw close attention to the Le Coq Sportif Zenith, which got its re launch in 2014, with almost no promotion and one collaboration, which was very very low key. Yet, all hype aside, was one of our editors top picks of the year (still available via Hanon Shop). And the SS15 makeups are picking up where they left of last year, with two super clean colourways which could easily slide into your collection and Summer wardrobe in one stroke.
Starting with the Galet colour scheme as pictured above, features the same buttery soft premium suede we got with the last models. With the toe and heel wrap in a Grey Suede, the toe box in a White mesh, topped off with Off White suede over the eylets and a Mint LCS logo, and heel counterpart. All sat on top of a White midsole and Gum sole.
The second colourway of the SS15 collection, seen below, is a much darker scheme with the toe and heel wraps in a Dark Blue, with a Black mesh toe box, Off White suede, running from the eyelets to the heel of the shoe. The shoe is finished off with a Pink heel counterpart, White midsole and Gum sole as with the previous colourway.
This shoe may be a hit, or it may not. Le Coq Sportif have kept this shoe true to its roots, and haven't given much to it, other than super clean colourways, and this SS15 pairing is no exception. These are both available to purchase from Hanon for £72 and will most likely be hitting other LCS retailers in the very near future
