Brooks made quite a big statement towards the final third of last year, with models like the Vanguard and the Vantage, sitting on most shelves catching dust. They broke into the collaboration game, catching the eyes of most hypebeasts and resellers stateside with the Concepts collaboration, which are also still available at most Brooks retailers in the UK, and we have no clue why.
But Brooks seem to have stepped up the gears a touch with the most recent collaboration with Bait being such a hit, and now another premium release, we just know these will be a hit.
The colour-way may seem simple with that dark brown upper along with the sharp but standard white mid-sole on top of a great looking gum sole. But the colour-way isn't what this shoe is bringing, the mix of materials is on point. Smooth premium leather covers the upper with tonal stitching throughout. The luxurious feel is continued through the details with a rich burgundy lining and specks of gold popping up left right and centre.
This clean collaboration between Brooks and UBIQ is now available from Ran Shop and Fat Buddha priced at a very modest £99.
